What happens next

  1. We review your answers

Your store, your numbers and what you're aiming for, read by a person, not a calculator.

  2. You get a value range by email

Within 24 hours: a realistic range and the first things that raise or lower it.

  3. A call, if it helps

We go through the numbers together and talk about timing. Selling stays your decision.

The formula

Annual profit × multiple.

Revenue doesn't decide what your store is worth. Two numbers do, and most founders know neither.

Number 01 · Real profit, not dashboard profit.

Cash collected minus product, shipping, ads, returns, fees and tools, cleaned of personal and one-off items. A buyer also prices in what it costs to replace the work you do today.

Number 02 · The multiple measures how reliable that profit is.

It rises with 12–24 months of stable profit, more than one channel, little dependence on you and customers who come back. It falls when profit comes from one recent spike.

Illustrative example

Store A profit
€48k€600k revenue · 8% margin
Store B profit
€75k€300k revenue · 25% margin
Half the revenue. More value. Same market, same multiple: the store with more profit is worth more. Illustrative example, not a real transaction.
