Terms of Service
The rules for using wise-exit.com. Please read them before you send us a request.
Last updated: 6 October 2026
1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of wise-exit.com (the “site”), operated by WiseExit (“WiseExit”, “we”, “us”). By using the site or sending us a request, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. What the site offers
The site describes our M&A advisory services for eCommerce businesses and lets you request a free valuation, register as a buyer or contact us. Content on the site is general information. It is not financial, legal, tax or investment advice, and it is not an offer to buy or sell any business.
3. The free valuation
A valuation is an indicative estimate based on the information you give us and on market conditions at that moment. It is not a formal appraisal or a guarantee of the price, multiple or timing of any sale. Requesting a valuation does not commit you to selling or to working with us.
4. Working with us
If you decide to sell or buy with our help, the engagement is governed by a separate written agreement (for sellers, a mandate), which sets out our services and our commission. Our commission is due only at closing, as stated in that agreement. Nothing on the site creates an engagement on its own.
5. Information you give us
You agree to give us information that is accurate, and that you have the right to share. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy, and we treat the business information of sellers as confidential.
6. Buyers
Registering as a buyer does not guarantee access to any opportunity. Identifying details of a business are shared only after you sign a non-disclosure agreement, and only for evaluating that business. Any decision to buy is yours: carry out your own due diligence and rely on your own advisors.
7. Third-party platforms
We are Verified Flippa Brokers, and businesses we represent may also be presented on Flippa or other third-party marketplaces. Those platforms are operated by third parties under their own terms, and we are not responsible for them. Links to other websites are provided for convenience only.
8. Acceptable use
Don't use the site to send spam or unlawful content, to impersonate anyone, to collect data from it by automated means, or to interfere with its security or operation. We may limit or block requests that look automated or abusive.
9. Intellectual property
The site's content, the WiseExit name and logo belong to us or our licensors. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business use, but not copy or reuse them commercially without our permission.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The site is provided “as is” and may be unavailable or contain errors from time to time. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or from decisions made on the basis of its general content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws that apply where the company that operates WiseExit is organised, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless the law of your country gives you protections that cannot be waived.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Questions? write to us through our contact form.
