Cookie Policy

1. Our approach

We use only what is needed for the site and the area to work, plus two optional tools that we switch on only if you accept them. We don't use advertising cookies, and we don't let third parties track you on our site. Rejecting the optional tools is as easy as accepting them, and you can change your choice at any time from "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.

2. Strictly necessary (always on)

• wx_sessione: keeps you signed in to your WiseExit area. First-party, HTTP-only, up to 30 days.
• wx_attesa: links a sign-in code to the browser that asked for it. First-party, HTTP-only, 20 minutes.
• wx_lingua: remembers the language you chose (English or Italian). First-party, 12 months.
• wx_consenso (stored in your browser's local storage, not a cookie): remembers your choice about the optional tools, with its date and version, so we don't ask again. 6 months.

These don't need your consent because the site or the area cannot work, or cannot do what you asked, without them.

3. Optional (only with your consent)

• Visit statistics: when you accept, each page view is counted (page, referring site, type of device) without cookies and without identifying you, to understand how the site is used.
• Campaign information: when you accept, your browser keeps in its session storage the page where you arrived, the referring site and any campaign parameters in the link (such as utm_source, gclid or fbclid), so that they can be sent with a form if you choose to send one. Your browser deletes them when you close the tab.

If you reject them, or until you choose, neither is used.

4. Your choices

You can accept or reject the optional tools in the banner, and change your mind at any time from "Cookie settings" in the footer. You can also delete cookies and local storage from your browser settings; the area will then ask you to sign in again.
