1. Not advice
Content on wise-exit.com and in the WiseExit area, including articles, guides, calculators, valuations and listings, is general information. It is not investment, financial, legal, tax or accounting advice and does not take your personal situation into account. Before you decide to sell or buy a business, take advice from your own qualified advisors.
2. Valuations are estimates
A valuation is an estimate based on the data the client provides and on market conditions at that moment. It is not an appraisal, an audit or a fairness opinion, and it is not a guarantee of sale, of price, of multiple or of timing.
3. No guarantee of sale or price
We work to find the right buyer at the right price, but we cannot guarantee that a business will be sold, to whom, at what price, on what terms or by when. Results achieved for other clients don't predict yours. Any example or case study on the site is illustrative unless stated otherwise.
4. Listings and seller information
Listings and the documents in a data room are prepared from information provided by the sellers. We check what we reasonably can, but we don't audit it and we don't guarantee that it is accurate or complete. Buyers must carry out their own due diligence.
5. Forward-looking statements
Projections, growth rates and plans are estimates that depend on assumptions and on events outside anyone's control. Actual results may differ materially.
6. Third parties
Links to other websites and references to third-party platforms (such as Flippa, Shopify or Amazon) are for information only. We are not responsible for their content or services, and mentioning them doesn't mean they endorse us.
